Youth Innovators & Inventors Fair
Registration Form
This form is required to be filled out no later than one (1) week prior to the event. All required information is needed to process the registration form. There is no charge or fee for participation. All Participants under the age of 18, are required to have a parent or legal guardian fill out this form, and are required to be present during check in the day of the event with a valid ID.
